1. Who is responsible for your data
Frontier Signal Intelligence ("FSI", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through frontiersignalintelligence.com and the FSI subscription services. Contact: admin@frontiersignalintelligence.com.
2. What we collect

What we never collect: your broker login credentials are entered into your broker's own systems, not ours. We do not hold your money or your investments, and we do not ask for information about your overall financial situation.
3. AI processing
Messages you send to the AI analyst are processed by our large language model providers (Anthropic, and for some tasks OpenAI or Groq) to generate responses. Do not include sensitive personal or financial details in analyst conversations — the analyst does not need them and cannot give personal advice.
4. Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase / Google Cloud — hosting and database infrastructure.
- Telegram — message delivery for Premium subscribers.
- Email providers — newsletter and transactional email delivery.
- LLM providers — AI processing as described above.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
5. Legal bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the service you subscribed to), with your consent (newsletter for free-tier signups), and for our legitimate interests (service improvement, security and fraud prevention).
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, then deleted or anonymised. Billing records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law. You can ask us to delete your account data sooner at any time.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email admin@frontiersignalintelligence.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Cookies
The public site uses only essential cookies needed for login sessions. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent first.
9. Changes
We will notify subscribers by email of any material change to this policy before it takes effect.
