1. Who we are
Frontier Signal Intelligence ("FSI", "we", "us") operates the website frontiersignalintelligence.com and the associated subscription services. FSI is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated investment advice, portfolio management or dealing services.
2. What the service is
FSI publishes general technology and investment signal intelligence — automated analysis of patents, academic papers, news, regulatory filings and private funding data across emerging technology domains. Depending on your subscription tier, the service includes:
- Free — the public dashboard, sample signals and track record.
- Standard — the full signal feed, domain momentum scores and the weekly newsletter.
- Premium — the automated signal tool delivered via Telegram, daily briefings and the AI analyst.
All output is general in nature and is published to all subscribers of the relevant tier. It is not based on your personal circumstances and is not a personal recommendation.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing FSI publishes — including signals, scores, briefings, newsletter content and responses from the AI analyst — constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any investment. Signals identify technology developments and the companies associated with them; they are not instructions to trade. If you need advice on whether an investment is suitable for you, consult an independent financial adviser authorised by the FCA.
4. Premium tool — execution only, your broker
- The Premium tool connects to a brokerage account that you open, own and control. FSI never holds, receives or manages your money or investments.
- Every trade proposal requires your explicit confirmation before any order is placed. You are solely responsible for every confirmation you give.
- You are responsible for complying with your broker's terms and for any tax obligations arising from your trading.
- The tool operates cash-only and applies automated risk controls, but no risk control eliminates the risk of loss.
5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
- Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Founding member pricing applies for the period stated at signup and then reverts to the standard price.
- Premium includes a monthly AI usage allowance. Optional top-ups are one-time purchases and do not roll over to subsequent months beyond the current billing period.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory rights unaffected.
6. Track record and performance
The published track record is generated by paper trading (simulated execution with no real money) and is disclosed as such. Past performance — real or simulated — does not guarantee future results. Simulated performance has inherent limitations and does not reflect the impact of real market liquidity, slippage or fees.
7. Acceptable use
- One subscription is for one person. Do not share logins, redistribute the feed, or scrape the service.
- Do not use FSI content to provide advice to third parties unless you are appropriately authorised to do so.
- B2B and white-label licensing is available under a separate written agreement.
8. Intellectual property
The FSI platform, signal methodology, scores and content are our intellectual property. Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for their own purposes while subscribed.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSI is not liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that signals will be accurate, complete or timely. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud.
10. General
- You must be 18 or over to subscribe.
- We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email before they take effect.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
